Lucky 6 Sports: I've moved!

Welcome!

The life of a eighteen year old high school senior can be pretty busy. Between spending seven hours a day at school, work, sports, being the schools number one fan, and gearing up for college, its safe to say I have my hands full. The one thing that tends to relax me is, well, sports of course.

Sometimes my friends are weirded out by me as they say I know "too much" about sports, both locally and on a professional level. I spend a good chunk of my time talking about sports with my friends, and one day it finally hit me. There must be a way to get my thoughts out to a broader base. I am a journalism student at a high school of about 1800 located in a suburb of Rochester, NY. I write for a local high school sports magazine called "Home Team Sports Magazine" as well as my schools newspaper, "The Lampion". I plan on majoring in broadcast journalism in college next year, and one day becoming a sports journalist. While I'm not sure what type of sports journalist I want to be, I think something like what Jim Rome does is a pretty good idea of what I would like to do with my life.
